Booking terms
The short version, in plain words.
Nothing here is a surprise on the day. If something doesn't work for your shoot, ask before you book — most of it is negotiable.
Holding a date
A booking request costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The date is held once a 50% deposit clears; until then someone else can take the slot. The balance is due on the shoot day.
Rescheduling and weather
If weather makes the shoot unworkable, we reschedule at no cost — that risk is ours. If you need to move the date for any other reason, tell us at least 72 hours ahead and the deposit carries over once.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 14 days out and the deposit is refunded in full. Inside 14 days it's retained, because the date was turned away from other bookings.
Delivery
The full edited set arrives within 10 days. A short preview selection lands within 48 hours. Galleries stay online for 12 months.
Editing
Colour grading and standard retouching are included. Substantial retouching — removing people, changing bodies, compositing skies from another day — is quoted separately. Raw files aren't delivered; the edit is the work.
Using your photographs
You get unlimited personal use, including print and social. We keep the copyright and may show selected frames in our portfolio and advertising. If you'd rather we didn't, say so before the shoot and we won't — no charge, no argument.
Drone work
Aerial coverage depends on wind, rain and local flight restrictions on the day. If we can't fly safely or legally, that portion is refunded.
Your data
Booking details are stored to run the shoot and stay in our records for accounting. Reference images you upload are visible only to the studio. Ask and we'll delete them after delivery.
